NEXT DAY DELIVERY to mainland UK (subject to stock availability). Every effort is made to despatch orders placed before 1pm for delivery on the next working day. However, next-day deliveries are not guaranteed, if you require your goods urgently please call email us to confirm stock availability and same day despatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES: A delivery charge of £2.95 inc VAT will be added to every order for deliveries to the UK, £5.95 inc VAT for next day deliveries and £10.00 inc VAT for deliveries to the Rest of the World.

No delivery shall be made to a P.O. Box address.
Customer's payment shall be complete and accepted prior to the dispatch of the products.
Delivery of the customer's order shall be subject to the rules of the delivery company designated by Pointplay Ltd(Forget-Flowers).
In the event that the customer is absent from the delivery address at the time of delivery, it shall be the customer's responsibility to retrieve the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company.
Pointplay Ltd(Forget-Flowers), through the delivery company, will deliver the products to the address specified by the customer in their order.
Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
On some orders customers may need to provide proof of billing address. Orders that require proof of billing address will not be despatched until Pointplay Ltd(forget-Flowers) has received the requested documentation.

Delivery of the customer's order will be made by Pointplay Ltd(Forget-Flowers), through the delivery company, within a reasonable period of time from Pointplay Ltd(Forget-Flowers) acceptance of the customer's order and payment. Any delay in shipping and handling may vary according to the availability of the products.

LAW. These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
